Add Kanban support to JIRA with GreenHopper 4.0
Kanban is an agile development methodology that aims to assist a team in visualising the flow of work, limiting the work in progress and measuring the lead time for a project (Kanban vs Scrum - Henrik Kniberg, 3rd April 2009).
GreenHopper 4.0 introduced Kanban to JIRA by enabling a team to add one or more constraints to columns on the Task Board. Should a column exceed a constraint it will be highlighted to notify the team:
